SMITH, RAYMOND
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful death of Raymond Smith
on August 15th, 2013 at the age of 93.
Beloved husband of the late Florence Patterson and son of the late Thomas Smith and of the late Marie-Louise Bisson.
He leaves behind his children: Barbara Long (John), Gloria Burns (Barry) and Garry (Lori); his six grandchildren and thirteen great-granchildren. He also leaves behind many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
The celebration of life will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, at 1369, La Vérendrye O. Blvd., in Gatineau, on August 20th, at 10 a.m. The family will receive condolences at 9:30 a.m.
For those who wish to do so, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Kidney Foundation.
The family wishes to thank the Ottawa General Hospital staff for their support and good care.
