Louis Émard
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful death of Louis Émard on April 25, 2014, at the age of 81.
He leaves behind his children: Joane (Brian Young), Danièle (Denis Ferré), Nathalie (Peter Friebel); his grandchildren: Mackenzie Bowcott (Simona Skelnar) and Mérédyth Bowcott, Sophie, Jean-Michel and Samuel Ferré, Mariève and Joël Émard and Mika Friebel as well as his great-granchild Léo Bowcott. He also leaves behind two nieces Anne-Marie and Louise as well as many friends. He was predeceased by his parents late Dr. Elzéar Émard and late Liliane Papineau, his son Mark (JoAnn Normandeau-Émard) and his brother Paul.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Liberty Church located at 1214 Antoine Boucher in Gatineau (Aylmer sector).
