Ray passed away after a short illness on August 16, 2019 at the age of 75.
Ray was the son of the late Carmela Vachon (Arsenault), and the late Jean-Paul Guertin. He was the proud father of his two sons, Paul (Paula) of Sault Ste. Marie and Peter (Jane) of Aylmer and the dear grandfather of Samantha, Courtney, Jenna, Willem and “Princess” Emily.
Ray will be dearly missed by his sister Hélène (Michel) and brothers André, François (Isabelle) and Jean-Marc (Kelly) as well as his many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his big sister Louise and dear cousin Marcel whom he thought of as another brother.
A private celebration of life will be held in the future.
