Passed away peacefully on March 17, 2022, at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Walter Sims and daughter of the late George Carpenter and of the late Elsie Riddell.
She leaves behind her children: Susan (Bryan Wall), Diane (Dan Hillock), Richard (Valle Gomez), David (Shelley Kyle) and Deborah (late Rory O'Connor); her 14 cherished grandchildren; her 25 great-grandchildren; her brother Guy (late Hannelore Smith); her sister-in-law Irene (late Ralph Karon) and many nephews, nieces and friends. Predeceased by her brothers: Harold (late Barbara) and James (late Patricia McTague).
The celebration of her life will be held on Friday April 1, 2022 at 10 a.m. at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS at 750, Maloney E. Blvd. in Gatineau.
