It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother at the age of 95. She leaves behind her children: Diane (Marcel-deceased), Nancy (Jack), Jocelyne (Daniel) and Robert (Joanne); her grandchildren: Michelle (Rishi), Denis (Sabina), Deaglan (Bri), Sarah (Will), Megan (Tyler) and Kenneth (Rico) and her great-grandchildren: Jade, Akela, Jag, Owen, Mateo, Myla, Livia and Nora. She also leaves her dear sister, Hélène (Kemal), as well as many relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth, her parents Jules Haspect and Dona Barbary and brothers, sisters.
A Celebration of life will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at the Coopérative funéraire de l’Outaouais, 1369 La Vérendrye Boulevard West in Gatineau. Family will receive condolences as of 1:15 pm. It will also be possible to view the ceremony, live or by replay, by following the link https://commemora.tv/en/diffusions/82773 In case of a technical problem during the live webcast, it will be possible to view the replay at a later time.
We wish to thank the staff of the fourth floor of Ernest-Brisson Residence for the excellent care and kindness shown to our mother.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in her memory to Parkinson’s Canada would be appreciated.
